NSK Ltd. v. US, 2007-1114, 2007-1128, 2007-1129

Determinations made by Department of Commerce in an administrative review of an antidumping duty order on antifriction bearings imported from Japan, and dismissal of a challenge by plaintiff to the DOC's recommendation to change model-match methodologies in future reviews, are affirmed where: 1) the DOC's determinations were supported by substantial evidence and in accordance with law; and 2) plaintiff's challenge regarding model-match methodology was not ripe for adjudication.
