In a suit alleging that defendant's accused closed circuit television (CCTV) systems infringe plaintiff's patent, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed in part, but reversed in part and remanded as to certain systems where the district court erred in its construction of "receiving means" as being limited to a "monitor" based on statements made by the inventor to the PTO during prosecution of the patent.
