United States Federal Circuit
Samuel Aaron, Inc. v. US, 2006-1591
In an action brought by an importer of Thai jewelry involving a dispute over certain increased duties, grant of the government's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction is affirmed where the Court of International Trade court lacked jurisdiction over the complaint because plaintiff's protest of Customs' 1999 reliquidation was untimely.
