Joseph v. Fed. Trade Comm'n, 2007-3073

In an action brought by an unsuccessful applicant for a specific federal position contending that the FTC's procedure in filling the vacancy denied him his veterans' preference, a judgment rejecting applicant's claims is affirmed over his challenge to the way the FTC used an open competition examination process and a merit promotion process to make its selection.
