In an action brought by petitioner seeking higher retirement benefits that "law enforcement officers" receive under applicable federal law, a decision adverse to petitioner is affirmed where there was no error in a determination that petitioner's service with the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division did not qualify as "law enforcement officer" service.
