United States Federal Circuit
Allvoice Computing PLC v. Nuance Communications, Inc., 2006-1440
In a patent dispute involving voice recognition technology, a judgment holding the patent invalid because certain claims were indefinite and because the patent specification did not disclose the best mode of practicing one claim is reversed as the district court erred in applying both indefiniteness and best mode.
