In a patent case involving patents related to electrical lighting products, a judgment holding unenforceable for inequitable conduct fifteen patents issued to plaintiff, and exclusively licensed to a not-for-profit charitable organization in the Cayman Islands, is affirmed as there was no abuse of discretion in the unenforceability findings.
