United States Federal Circuit

Eurodif S.A. v. US, 2007-1005, -1006

In a dispute involving the correct application of the antidumping statute, 19 U.S.C. section 1673, to enriched uranium feedstock, an appeal from a judgment in the matter is dismissed as unripe as the issues appellants raised concerned only the application of certain 2005 decisions to future entries of low enriched uranium.
