Gillespie v. Dywidag Sys. Int'l, USA, 2006-1382

A judgment finding that certain patent claims are literally infringed by defendant's mine roof bolt is reversed where the district court erred in certain aspects of its claim construction and, under the modified construction, literal infringement cannot be found.
