Honeywell Int'l, Inc. v. Universal Avionics Sys. Corp., 2006-1406, 2006-1435

In a case concerning a patent on aircraft technology that Honeywell asserted against defendant, a judgment in favor of plaintiff is affirmed where: 1) the district court correctly interpreted the disputed terms of the patent; and 2) under the correct interpretation, a jury permissibly found that defendant infringed Honeywell's patent.
