Quiocson v. Office of Personnel Mgmt., 2007-3084
In proceedings brought by the wife of an individual who worked for the Department of the Navy at the U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility at Subic Bay in the Philippines until his death in 1991, denial of petitioner's application for a survivor annuity under the Civil Service Retirement System is affirmed as a finding that her husband never served in a covered position was supported by substantial evidence.
