Biomedino, LLC v. Waters Techs. Corp., 2006-1350

A ruling in a patent case finding certain patent claims were invalid for indefiniteness under 35 U.S.C. section 112 is affirmed where the claim limitation "control means" had no corresponding structure described in the specification as required by 35 U.S.C. section 112, paragraph 6.
