Honeywell Int'l Inc. v. Universal Avionics Sys. Corp., 05-1112, 05-1151, 05-1152

In a patent infringement case involving aviation electronics, specifically terrain warning systems, rulings invalidating certain claims and finding no infringement of patents owned by Honeywell are vacated in part where the district court erred in its claim construction of certain terms.
