Liebel-Flarsheim Co. v. Medrad, Inc., 06-1156, 06-1157
In a patent dispute involving injectors and syringes, summary judgment for defendant finding that four of plaintiff's patents are invalid is affirmed where front-loading patents were invalid for lack of enablement and syringe-sensing patents were invalid on anticipation grounds. Also, a counterclaim of inequitable conduct was properly found to be moot.
