In a patent infringement case, summary judgment ruling that suit against a hazardous waste remediation contractor was barred by government contractor immunity under 28 U.S.C. section 1498 is affirmed where the contractor's use of the accused method was "for the Government and with the authorization and consent of the Government" per section 1498.
