Stone v. Nicholson, 2006-7069
Denial of a veteran's claim for service-connection for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is affirmed where there was no error in the Veterans Court's interpretation of the applicable statute and regulation, for purposes of its conclusions that claimant did not engage in combat with the enemy and that no credible evidence supported the occurrence of his alleged in-service stressors.
