Andersen Corp. v. Fiber Composites, LLC, 05-1434, 06-1009
In an infringement action involving patents relating to composite materials made from a mixture of polymer and wood fiber, the judgment of the district court is affirmed in all respects except with regard to the infringement of a group of patents where the district court erred in its claim construction, and summary judgment of infringement on that issue is reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
