United States Federal Circuit
Letz v. Dep't of the Interior, 06-3180
A decision denying petitioner's firefighter retirement service credit during two periods of his career is affirmed where the Merit Systems Protection Board correctly applied its regulation on timeliness in finding that he did not timely file his application for credit for his service for certain periods of time, and that he had not shown good cause for waiver of the deadline.
