United States Federal Circuit
Adams v. US, 06-5040, 06-5041
In a suit brought by federal law enforcement officers seeking compensation from the government for the time they spend commuting to and from work in government-owned police vehicles, summary judgment for the government holding that the driving time was not compensable under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) is affirmed as prior case law entitled the government to judgment as a matter of law on the facts advanced by plaintiffs.
