Dambrava v. Office of Personnel Mgmt., 06-3138

A decision denying an application for immediate retirement under the Civil Service Retirement Act (CSRA) after concluding that petitioner was not entitled to service credit for time spent on the temporary disability retirement list is affirmed where the Merit Systems Protection Board correctly determined that petitioner was not entitled to service credit.
