Liquid Dynamics Corp. v. Vaughan Co., Inc., 05-1105
Denial of defendant's JMOL motion on issues of non-infringement, invalidity, willful infringement, and unenforceability due to inequitable conduct is affirmed in a dispute over an invention involving applications for mixing wastewater and manure. Additionally, orders for a permanent injunction, enhanced damages, and attorney's fees against defendant are affirmed where there was no reversible error.
