United States Federal Circuit

Sheinbein v. Dudas, 06-1161

A decision excluding plaintiff from practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is affirmed since the USPTO has statutory authority to so exclude plaintiff based on his disbarment in other jurisdictions, and the statute of limitations did not preclude his exclusion.
