Judgments in patent cases, involving patents which include process and product claims pertaining to purified lutein that is extracted from plants, are affirmed in part and vacated in part pursuant to plaintiffs' claim that the court should not have excluded an expert's supplemental report, which formed the basis for infringement allegations as to a patent claim.
