A petition for review of an order affirming the denial of petitioner's claim for survivor annuity benefits under the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) as a former spouse is vacated and remanded where a sentence in a section of a divorce court order could fairly be read to provides a former wife with a post-retirement survivor annuity.
