Dismissal of a complaint brought by Department of Justice attorneys against the government for alleged violations of the overtime provisions of the Federal Employees Pay Act is affirmed over their claim that the Court of Federal Claims erred when it dismissed their claims for overtime pay, administratively uncontrollable overtime (AUO), and holiday pay.
