United States Federal Circuit
Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. v. Benun, 05-1445
In a long-standing patent infringement case, an order preliminarily enjoining defendant-company and other defendants from importing certain disposable or single-use cameras is affirmed over a claim that the district court lacked jurisdiction to enjoin the importation of any cameras that were subject to a prior general exclusion order issued by the International Trade Commission.
