A decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board regarding petitioner's eligibility for law enforcement officer retirement credit is affirmed where the Board properly found that a decision, denying petitioner's request for law enforcement officer retirement credit for his service with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, accorded with the statutes governing retirement credit for law enforcement officers and members of the Capitol Police.
