United States Federal Circuit
Cook Biotech Inc. v. Acell, Inc., 05-1458, 05-1558, 05-1559
A judgment finding that defendant's commercial product infringed a patent involving a tissue graft composition and that individuals willfully induced defendant to infringe is reversed where the district court erred in its claim construction and because, under the correct construction, there was no material factual dispute that defendant's product cannot infringe certain patent claims literally or under the doctrine of equivalents.
