In a patent case involving processes for making agents injected into oil and gas pipelines to reduce friction, a district court's judgment is affirmed over defendant's challenges to its claim construction for a patent, its partial denial of summary judgment of non-infringement for another patent, its factual findings and legal conclusions of infringement, and its extension of an injunction.
