In a patent case involving dumpster-locking mechanisms, a judgment of non-infringement for defendant and denial of defendant's motions attorney's fees and for judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) on its counterclaims of Lanham Act violations, tortious interference, and unfair competition is affirmed where the record adequately supported the trial court's claim construction and other rulings, and it properly denied defendant's motions.
