Lengerich v. Dep't of the Interior, 05-3064

A decision finding that petitioner's oral requests for firefighter annuity retirement credit under the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) were time barred is affirmed where there was no error in a determination that petitioner's oral discussions were ineffective as requests for enhanced firefighter annuity service credit and, therefore, were untimely.
