Wopsock v. Natchees, 05-1494

In a dispute involving membership on an Indian tribe's governing body, an appeal from a grant of a motion to dismiss and a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendants, federal officials, officials of an Indian tribe and others associated with them, is transferred to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit as the court lacks jurisdiction over plaintiffs' appeal.
