In a Winstar-related case, summary judgment of liability for breach of contract and an award of expectation damages to a bank is affirmed in part as to the Court of Federal Claims' grant of the bank's motion for summary judgment on the availability of expectancy damages, and reversed in part as to summary judgment on the quantum of damages.
