Pafford v. Sec'y of Health & Human Servs., 05-5106

An adverse decision on a claim under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act that certain vaccinations resulted in a child's onset of systemic juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is affirmed where a special master correctly interpreted and applied the relevant statutory test for proving causation in off-table cases.
