Fields v. Dep't of Justice, 05-3133

Dismissal, for lack of jurisdiction, of petitioner's individual right of action appeal under the Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA) involving alleged retaliation by the DEA is affirmed where petitioner failed to establish a non-frivolous allegation that he made a protected disclosure under the WPA.
