Inpro II Licensing, S.A.R.L. v. T-Mobile USA, Inc., 05-1233

Judgment for defendants of noninfringement of a patent involving novel personal digital assistant (PDA) modules is affirmed where the district court correctly construed the claim term "host interface," and its construction precluded infringement.
