Old Town Canoe Co. v. Confluence Holdings Corp., 05-1123, 05-1148

In a dispute between manufacturers of layered polyethylene canoes, judgment as a matter of law for plaintiff of no invalidity of a patent relating to a method of making hulls is vacated where it was not possible to conclude that no reasonable juror could find in favor of defendant regarding issues of obviousness, lack of enablement, or failure to disclose best mode.
