Caribbean Ispat Ltd. v. US, 05-1400

A determination that less than fair value imports, collectively and from Trinidad and Tobago alone, had caused material injury to the domestic steel wire rod industry is vacated and remanded for a specific causation determination and findings as to whether Trinidad and Tobago's imports could or would be replaced by other imports so that the domestic industry would not be benefited by their removal.
