Glenayre Elecs., Inc. v. Jackson, 04-1568

An order in a declaratory action denying a motion to set trial on the issue of indirect infringement of a patent involving technology used in plaintiff's voicemail server systems is affirmed where, as a matter of law, a damages award fully compensated defendant for direct infringement by plaintiff, direct infringement by plaintiff's customers, and indirect infringement by plaintiff based on plaintiff's customers' direct infringement.
