Bratsk Aluminum Smelter v. US, 05-1213

A judgment determining that domestic industry was materially injured by reason of silicon metal imports from Russia that were sold at less than fair market value is vacated and remanded for further findings where a summary finding of material injury was insufficiently detailed.
