On Demand Mach. Corp. v. Ingram Indus., Inc., 05-1074, 05-1075, 05-1100
A judgment holding defendants liable for patent infringement involving a single copy book manufacturing system and method is reversed where the jury verdict of infringement was based on a partly incorrect claim construction, and on the correct construction a reasonable jury could not find the patent to be infringed.
