Exigent Tech., Inc. v. Atrana Solutions, Inc., 05-1338

Summary judgment for defendant and denial of a motion to vacate the grant of summary judgment and enforce an alleged settlement agreement in a patent case involving a commercial transaction processing system is reversed in part as to denial of the motion to vacate where the district court erred in finding the motion at issue to be moot.
