Jazz Photo Corp. v. US, 05-1096, 05-1109, 05-1175

A decision of the court of international trade ordering customs to: 1) release for entry certain of plaintiff's disposable cameras from two shipments that were denied entry by customs due to alleged patent infringement; and 2) allow plaintiff to complete the process of segregating the two shipments under the supervision of customs, is affirmed.
