Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Corp. v. Velan, Inc., 05-1373

Preliminary injunction in favor of plaintiff pursuant to a finding that plaintiff had shown a likelihood of success on the merits of its patent infringement action involving a system for a portion of the oil refining process is vacated where the district court erred in its construction of the term -adjustable.-
