Stern v. Trustees of Columbia Univ., 05-1291

Summary judgment for defendants in a case brought by plaintiff seeking to be added as a co-inventor on certain patent claims involving the treatment of glaucoma is affirmed where the evidence plaintiff presented was insufficient to corroborate his claim of co-inventorship.
