nCube Corp. v. Seachange Int'l, Inc., 03-1341, 03-1366

Award of damages and attorney's fees for plaintiffs, and denial of defendant's motions for judgment as a matter of law following a jury verdict are affirmed as to findings of literal infringement, willfulness, and indirect infringement involving a patent on certain networking systems.
