Pfizer v. Teva Pharm., 05-1331
Order granting plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction against defendants, generic drug manufacturers, is affirmed where the district court did not err in its claim construction, and did not abuse its discretion in determining that infringement is likely and that the harm and public interest favors the injunction.
