Norman v. US, 05-5039

In a case involving governmental wetland delineations within land owned by plaintiffs and intended for development, the dismissal of plaintiffs' illegal exaction claim and judgment against plaintiffs on a claim for compensation under the Fifth Amendment are affirmed.
