Walls v. US, 04-5127

Plaintiff's challenge to monthly deductions from his retirement pay, which defray his costs of incarceration, is dismissed as time-barred under 28 U.S.C. section 2501 since he failed to allege facts sufficient to support his equitable tolling argument.
