PC Connector Solutions v. Smartdisk Corp., 04-1180

In a patent infringement dispute concerning computer hardware, summary judgment of noninfringement in favor of defendant is affirmed where the district court's failure to consider infringement under the doctrine of equivalents was harmless error.
